I took the initiative to organize the Dream Lab Design Sprint competition, open to engineering undergraduates. Spanning over four weeks, participating student teams were tasked with submitting visualizations of their envisioned 'dream lab', to inspire the essence of innovation and desire to solve problems using technology. The top eight performers in this competition were subsequently offered design internships, providing them with a hands-on learning experience in the intricate process of product designing. Throughout the internship, participants delved into essential design methods, such as the creation of mood boards, user personas, ideation processes, prototyping, and branding strategies. I actively engaged in providing guidance on how to initiate and navigate the design process and aimed not only to spark creativity but also to equip participants with fundamental design skills.

I had the privilege to contribute and assist in the development of online design courses affiliated with ODS. The courses named: 'Design Technology and Innovation' and 'Understanding Incubation and Entrepreneurship', were crafted to provide learners with a comprehensive understanding of cutting-edge design concepts and the intricacies of entrepreneurship in the modern era. It was a fulfilling collaboration that emphasized the importance of merging design principles with technological advancements and cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset. Being part of initiatives that strive to reshape design education and empower students with the knowledge to navigate the dynamic landscape of innovation and entrepreneurship was truly gratifying. The experience underscored the significance of collaborative efforts in advancing the field of design and nurturing the next generation of creative thinkers and entrepreneurs.

The competition for school children represents a pioneering initiative aimed at imparting valuable skills to students in an engaging manner. Focusing on disciplines like video editing, storytelling, research paper writing, and cutting-edge technologies such as photogrammetry and 3D modeling, the competition utilizes history as its core subject where students are tasked with researching a historical artifact, crafting a 3D exhibition around it in Blender. Students positive response indicates that this innovative approach has captivated their interest and has resulted in a fresh and enriching learning experience, diverging from traditional school activities. My contribution involved designing the course, making tutorial videos, establishing timelines, marking assignments and contributing to marketing efforts.
